
GMM Grammy Public Company Limited (จีเอ็มเอ็ม แกรมมี่) is a Thai media conglomerate founded on 11 November 1983 by Rewat Buddhinan and Paiboon Damrongchaitham; its headquarters is the GMM Grammy Place tower in Bangkok. In 2023 the company spun its music business off into a separate company, GMM Music, and moved to a holding-company model, with its core businesses now run through subsidiaries and affiliates. Music is handled by GMM Music and its labels, whose strategic investors include Tencent, Warner Music Group and, since November 2025, YG Entertainment. Media and television sit with The One Enterprise, which owns the One31 and GMM25 channels and the production studios GMMTV and CHANGE2561. The group also includes the home-shopping business GMM O Shopping and the film studio GDH 559, known for Bad Genius and How to Make Millions Before Grandma Dies.
