Anne Thongprasom is a Thai actor, emcee, and producer born in Bangkok, Thailand to a Thai mother and a Swedish father. Her father died and Anne's mother later left Anne with her grandmother in order to find work and took only her brothers with her. She has a Bachelor of Communication of Arts from Bangkok University and a master's from the Faculty of Journalism and Mass Communication at Thammasat University. At thirteen, Anne got her start in the entertainment industry when she was invited to test in a music video by a friend of her mother. She started acting, mostly in lakorns, before the age of fifteen. In 1997, Anne took a daunting role in the lakorn "Song Naree" (สองนรี), earning her first award nomination and win with the Best Leading Actress TV Gold award. For the 2004 Film "The Letter" ( เดอะเลตเตอร์ จดหมายรัก), she won many awards including the best actress at the Thailand National Film Association Awards. In May 2024, for her work on "The Betrayal" ( เกมรักทรยศ), she won Best Actress at the Komchadluek Awards. Anne currently works as a producer for Channel 3. She and her boyfriend A Tinnabhan have been in a relationship for 20+ years.
