As a woman with a strong sense of justice and who is straightforward, Natsui Tsubasa works as a detective in the local precinct of a seaside town. She hopes to work in the First Investigation Division, which deals with violent crimes. One day, Tsubasa is suddenly transferred to the child guidance center. She is not happy with the transfer, but she begins to work as a rookie child welfare officer. She tries to be there for the kids who are in distress or in pain.
