Teacher Brody Shaw and student Eugene Sutton were bound by a forbidden love, but their relationship broke apart. Ten years later Brody appears in Eugene's life not in the role he expected, but as the new husband of Eugene's father. This marriage, however, is driven not by love but by Brody's revenge. As events unfold, Eugene is pulled into a complicated game in which his heart becomes a prisoner of feelings neither of them can control.
