Jay, a Thai exchange student, comes to Korea to visit his friend Seong Hun. They signed up for the same university course, "Health and Happiness", and for the final project they need to assess their physical fitness. Seong Hun trains regularly, while Jay struggles in the gym. Then the personal trainer Jin Uk appears and shows a special interest in Jay, to Seong Hun's displeasure. However, there is something strange about Jin Uk: despite his kindness to Jay, suspicions arise that the trainer is involved in a murder and a disappearance. Is a happy ending waiting for Jay and Seong Hun, or will Jay's budding relationship with Jin Uk cost him too much?
