Phoon, 36, manages finances and investments, and Yuke, 33, works as a graphic illustrator. They have been together for thirteen years and have raised an adopted boy, Butr, since he was a baby. When their son starts first grade, classmates tease him for not having a mother, and having two fathers turns from something special into a source of embarrassment. The boy begins asking about his mother, and the fathers find it hard to answer. Everything changes with the arrival of Rattiya, the director of a children's rights protection organization. Her advice and her interest in Butr's past add tension to the couple's life. Phoon and Yuke have to choose what is best for their son, even if the choice hurts.
