Xue Hua (Snow), Huo Hua (Fire), Lang Hua (Water), and Yan Hua (Fog) are four childhood friends, bonded by their musical talents and a promise to never be separated. However, they are adopted into different families, scattering their paths. Sixteen years later, Ye Fan (formerly known as Huo Hua) hears that Xue Hua, now a singer called Angel in France, is suspected dead, with her ex-boyfriend and Music Academy principal, Qi Yuan, as the prime suspect. Ye Fan, seeking revenge and truth, enrolls in a French Music Academy, planning to seduce Qi Yuan's younger brother, Qi Fei. Yet, her intentions blur as she falls for Qi Fei. Conflicted between her mission and her emotions, Ye Fan returns to Shanghai to support her struggling family and search for her other two friends, Lang Hua and Yan Hua. Qi Fei follows her to Shanghai to compete in a Piano Championship, determined to win her back and uncover the truth about Angel's death. As secrets unravel, true love prevails, and Qi Fei and Ye Fan realize their connection, not only in music but also in life itself.
