Kawin does live streams, and because of a trauma in his past, his passion is ghost hunting. He did not suspect that by moving in with relatives in Thailand he would end up under the same roof as the very ghosts he hunts. For the last ten years Kawin lived in the US with his mother, and now his uncle and aunt welcome him warmly, and the family plans to surprise him on his birthday.
Every night he goes to explore abandoned places and films it. To avoid spending money on taxis, he hires Pluem as his driver, a man who tends the garden and runs errands around the house and has known the family for a long time. Pluem is superstitious and afraid of the paranormal, but he agrees for the money. He understands Kawin's feelings about loss. Together they have to face a truth that is hard to bear.
