This is a tale of enduring love, one that even a painful breakup couldn't extinguish. Over a decade has passed, yet their wounded hearts remain unhealed. Despite finding new partners, they're haunted by emptiness and loneliness. Who will be the first to attempt reconciliation? Love between a man and a woman is akin to a battle, easily swayed by a kiss, a smile, or a confession. But he abruptly marries another woman. Is it love or vengeance? A decade ago, she vanished without a trace, inflicting years of anguish on him. Is he now seeking revenge? Perhaps, over time, the so-called everlasting love can't compete with the bitterness that festers. ~~ Adapted from the novel "Warm Chord" by An Ning.
