The CEO of the Forbidden City Culture Company wants to produce a palace-themed variety program. Tao Tang, a young cultural expert, Liao Mu Yu, a renowned director, and Wang Xi Ning, a seasoned host, are brought on board to develop his vision. Once work is under way, the young director Yu Zai Zao arrives and disrupts the team's plans. Despite their initial displeasure, her fresh and unique ideas win them over. Newly inspired, the team comes together and works diligently, and the program eventually beats its competition by introducing traditional culture to an appreciative audience.
