Chasing success, a man makes a choice that changes his life. He leaves the woman who was with him and marries for convenience, seeking power and influence. But success turns out to be empty, and he tries to return to the past. A meeting with his former lover changes everything. He realizes that the woman he left is no longer the woman she used to be. A life full of bitterness and disappointment has transformed her, and now only memories remind him of what once was.
