A heroine who bravely pushes through the rough seas of the Heisei and Reiwa eras. She lives her life positively and true to herself, enjoying herself to the fullest, regardless of what others think of her! Yes, she is a 'gal'. She was awakened to the 'joy of helping others' by a certain incident. And her goal was to become a 'nutritionist'. "People are made by food. Change the future with food." At first, for her beloved family, who are close to her. Then, for the people around her, such as children and patients she meets at work. Furthermore, she will expand the scope of her activities to bring happiness to all of us living all over the country. This is a story about a girl who maintains her 'gal spirit' of valuing her own individuality at all times and who enjoys life to the fullest, even in the turbulent Heisei and Reiwa eras, and sometimes worries along the way. She will run through this "troublesome and wonderful world" brightly, happily, and powerfully! (Source: Japanese = NHK || Translation = MyDramaList)
