Ji Hyeon has come to Seoul from a quiet provincial town and struggles to get used to the noisy city life. At university he meets Jae Won, who has just come back from military service. Both are keen on surfing, and feelings develop between them.
On a surfing trip they kiss, but Jae Won acts as if nothing happened, and Ji Hyeon does not understand what really connects them.
