High school graduate Takemiya Natsuki is having a bad summer: his girlfriend dumped him before the break, his mock exams went terribly, and the future seems hopeless. His older sister, worried about her brother, asks her boyfriend Kobayakawa Sota, a student at her university, to become Natsuki's tutor. At first Sota annoys him: he is too perfect, cheerful and charming. But in time Natsuki increasingly notices his warm smiles, gentle support, and the way he praises effort like a child, ruffling his hair. So feelings he did not expect begin to appear. Falling for his sister's boyfriend is the worst thing, and before the entrance exams there is no time for romance. But the harder Natsuki holds himself back, the brighter Sota seems to him.
