The world is giving in to hunger, and a zombie invasion begins in a hospital. The infected attack people, and every corridor becomes a trap. In the middle of this chaos is a young Muay Thai fighter who is determined to save his beloved. Making his way through the building, he relies on endurance, fighting skills and wits, using whatever comes to hand. The fear of losing the person he loves pushes him to decisions he would not make in other circumstances.
