Diewdai is a gentle introvert who rarely leaves his apartment and whose best friend is a turtle named Khun Shy. His quiet life is shattered when God, a loud, outgoing senior from another faculty, moves in next door and throws parties every night. When Diew finally slams his door in protest, a guilty God starts talking to him from the balcony, and their conversations slowly grow into a friendship, on one condition set by Diew: they must never meet face to face. The book was adapted into the series Monster Next Door.
