Professional Body Double

Author: Shui Qiang Cheng (水千丞)

Original title: 职业替身

Zhou Xiang works as a stuntman for the star Wang Yudong — and, he eventually realises, plays the same role in his relationship with Yan Mingxiu, who has only ever seen him as a substitute for someone else. Heartbroken, Zhou Xiang leaves with a documentary crew for remote mountains, where he falls from a cliff. He wakes up two years later in another man's body, only to find himself drawn back into Yan Mingxiu's orbit. The book was adapted into the series My Stand-In.
