Punn, a third-year film student, comes to intern on the set of a TV drama to learn from professionals — but what really fires him up is the show's lead, Ashi, a heartthrob adored across the country and the actor Punn has had a crush on since high school. Determined not to back down until he can tell Ashi he loves him and hear the same in return, Punn sets out to win him over. Ashi, watching the eager intern's clumsy efforts, decides to make the climb a little easier for him. The book was adapted into the series Be Mine SuperStar.
