Seizer
Seizer is a Taiwanese rock band that began its activities on 1 September 2024; the name plays on the idea of a person who seizes an opportunity. The band plays heavy, driving rock and describes itself as the seasoning that adds intensity to sweeter festival lineups. Jen-Chieh sings lead vocals and Henry plays bass in the four-piece lineup.
The band came through the Open Lab talent programme of the Taipei Music Center, which matched them with Thailand's Monster Music Festival: in July 2026 they played the Ground stage at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center as the only overseas act of that edition and in their first major international festival appearance. Their second album is due in October 2026 with a release show at the Taipei Music Center.
