The Hymmapan Electron
The Hymmapan Electron is a Thai duo that fuses the folk music of Isan, Thailand's north-east, with electronic production: molam-style chants and traditional Thai instruments over futuristic beats, a sound they describe as Isan Cyber. Listeners place their live sets, which run close to an hour, somewhere between world music, trance and progressive house.
They played The Wireless Club stage at Bangkok World Music Day 2026 at One Bangkok on 13 June 2026 and later that month appeared at the Cyber Buddha electronic night in Shanghai.
