The Parkinson
Agency: SpicyDisc
The Parkinson are a Thai pop and soul trio from Bangkok formed in 2014 by Karn (Nipat Kamjornpreecha, vocals and guitar), then a student at the Faculty of Music of Silpakorn University, with Toe (Natthawit Odaki, bass) and Beer (Arithat Kueajitkulanun, drums). Their sound grows out of American blues and soul.
After a spell as a house band in Bangkok jazz bars the trio was signed by SpicyDisc and released its debut single in November 2014. The Parkinson play CAT Expo Bangkok 2026, Melody of Life 17 and Melt Livehouse's Mingle Festival, and have met Whal & Dolph in a two-band showdown at Melt Livehouse Cloud 11 Hall.
