The well-known composer Duan Yi receives a new assignment: to write a love song. He has lost his inspiration and cannot compose it, while a colleague and friend reminds him of the deadline. Inspiration returns when he walks into a coffee shop and meets a handsome barista named Pleng Ruk. Pleng Ruk is friendly with every customer, and it is unclear how he feels about the artist who has started coming in often. Duan Yi looks for reasons to talk to Pleng Ruk, and a café employee notices his ploy. The two grow closer, flirt and sort out their feelings.
