Ricardo is an openly gay man who devotes his life to supporting Beth, the woman he secretly loves. But Beth fell in love with JM, became pregnant and left for America, leaving Ricardo alone. Years later, Ricardo helps Beth raise her daughter, who calls him "Dading", a blend of the words for daddy and his nickname. Then JM unexpectedly returns from America with his fiancee Celine, planning to hold the wedding at home. This unexpected meeting shakes up their settled life, and Ricardo is forced to face old feelings.
