The story unfolds in one residential complex, where four couples live under the same roof. Both in their thirties, Oh Do Shi, a voice actor, and the blogger Ryu Du Ri have shared an apartment for two years and are in no hurry to marry. Next door live Jeong Yeong Jun and Choi Ji Nyeo, who are twelve years apart in age. The calculating Ji Nyeo supports the unemployed musician Yeong Jun, who carries a guitar everywhere without being able to play it, in the hope that one day he will fulfill his dream. They have been together for a year and quickly quarrel and just as quickly make up. Park Hwan Jong and Ha Seol Eun, both in their twenties, have just moved in together, and Seol Eun tries her hardest to seem a model of femininity to her boyfriend. The withdrawn Lee Jun Jae prefers to stay at home, but because of money he has to look for a roommate, and one who speaks Korean poorly, so as to avoid unnecessary conversation. That is how the traveling Japanese man Takuya enters his life; Takuya thinks Jun Jae is wasting his youth and starts pulling him out among people.
