The story takes place at Hyakkaou Private Academy, attended by the children of powerful figures in politics and business. There, students' social standing is determined by their skill at gambling. Winners become rulers, while losers become slaves. One day, a mysterious girl named Yumeko Jabami transfers to the academy. At first glance, she appears to be a pure and beautiful girl, but she is a "gambling addict" who finds pleasure in taking risks.
