Lee Jin Ho is a South Korean comedian managed by SM C&C. He graduated from Balan Agricultural Life Industrial High School and later obtained an associate's degree in Gag Sitcom from Seoul Comprehensive Arts Practical School. Before debuting, he managed minor appearances in a KBS comedy show and performed as a member of a theater troupe. He even had to live in a sleeping bag inside the theater to save money. He made his official debut, at the age of 20, as part of the 8th special recruitment for comedians at SBS with appearances in the show "People Looking for a Laugh". In 2008 he released a song called "Just Need You" as part of the group WOONG YI NE with Yang Se Chan and Lee Yong Jin. He enlisted in the military in 2011 and was discharged the following year. Since then, he began appearing in many variety shows and became popular due to his witty remarks. However, in October 2024, he voluntarily admitted to being in debt after he became addicted to online gambling (which is illegal in South Korea) in 2020. He began asking people for money in order to pay his debts so, celebrities like Park Young Tak, Lee Soo Geun, BTS's Jimin, Ha Sung Woon, as well as various broadcasting executives, producers, and writers lent him considerable amounts of money. While he has paid some of them, others have opted to take legal action against him. As a result, he stepped down from his fixed role in "Knowing Bros" and will be out of the entertainment industry to reflect on his actions and continue paying his debts. The police has not determined if they will present charges against him for the illegal online gambling.
