Shao I Chen dies in an accident involving his beloved Chiang Chin Teng, then finds himself back in his own past: nine years have gone by, and everything can start over. To protect his future self, he decides to keep away from Chiang Chin Teng and suppress his feelings. But he has loved him for a long time and wrote about it in detail in his diary. While Shao I Chen is destroying the diary, a few pages end up in Chiang Chin Teng's hands, and he grows curious about their author. Will Shao I Chen find the strength to resist Chiang Chin Teng's charm, or will he fall for the same man a second time, again risking his life?
